Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Firmware Engineering Intern to learn software and hardware security, keys management, and post-quantum computing. You will work onsite, primarily at an HPE office in Sunnyvale, CA, and contribute to signing infrastructure and security features using TPM 2.0.

The role targets students pursuing BS/MS in CS/engineering, with strong Linux/FreeBSD knowledge and interest in hardware roots of trust.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's and/or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Knowledge of Linux kernel and software security concepts.
• Familiarity with TPM 2.0, post-quantum algorithms, and code provenance.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in design and development of key signing infrastructure enhancements.
• Participate in design and development of product security features using TPM 2.0 security chip.
