Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking an entry-level Firmware CI/CD & Release Infrastructure Engineer in Boise, Idaho. This onsite role focuses on maintaining firmware CI/CD infrastructure, Jenkins pipelines, Git/GitHub workflows, and release processes to ensure stable builds.

You will participate in branch strategies, artifact management, and coordination with hardware/farm teams. Relocation is welcome, and the position offers hands-on growth in a lab environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Firmware CI/CD infra support & maintenance.
• Operate Jenkins and similar CI tools.

• Implement branch stabilization and release cuts.
• Handle Artifactory/bundle management and version control of builds.
• Track dependencies and automate routine maintenance tasks.
• Set up infrastructure and troubleshoot lab infra.

• Support shadow runs and development branches.
