Job summary

Motive Workforce is seeking a hands-on Firmware QA Engineer to join our embedded testing team in Westlake Village, CA. You will validate firmware on physical hardware, run manual regression, and collaborate with firmware, hardware, and backend engineers to ensure robust releases.

You’ll test power management, sensors, connectivity, GPS performance, and fault recovery, and write clear bug reports with pass/fail criteria. Prior experience in regulated industries is a plus.
