They're now looking for a Senior Firmware Quality Engineer to take ownership of automated testing across their embedded systems. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape how firmware quality is built, measured, and delivered - not just maintain what's already there.

Responsibilities

• Own automated testing across embedded systems and influence firmware quality strategy.
• Lead testing initiatives, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to improve testing coverage and reliability.
• Shape how firmware quality is built, measured, and delivered, beyond maintaining existing tests.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of firmware testing experience with deep experience building automated frameworks for embedded and IoT devices from the ground up.
• Comfort with HIL testing, Python/Bash scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and debugging at the hardware level with tools like JTAG.
• Experience with wireless protocols and secure OTA updates.
• Proven ability to lead or influence engineers and testing strategy without a formal title.
