Qualifications

• 6+ years of Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management experience supporting firmware or embedded software programs.
• Experience managing firmware through manufacturing, including factory flashing, provisioning, and version control at contract manufacturers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong background in embedded/firmware development and release management strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to report progress and risks clearly to diverse teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for firmware development across sensor and perception hardware, compute platform BSP, bootloader, and infotainment ECUs.
• Build and drive the firmware release plan, ensuring synchronization with hardware build events and vehicle program milestones.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Hardware, Firmware, Validation, Manufacturing, and Procurement to align priorities and deliverables.
• Drive bring-up readiness with hardware and firmware teams, ensuring firmware components are prepared for hardware arrival and build events.
• Establish standard reporting processes and communicate program progress, risks, and accomplishments to leadership and stakeholders.
