Job summary

Jaycon Systems is seeking a Firmware Developer Intern to join our embedded team and support the design, implementation, and testing of firmware for IoT devices and sensor products.

You will work under senior engineers across hardware, software, and mechanical teams to ensure reliable hardware–software integration and performance of embedded systems, gaining hands-on experience in real-world firmware development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Hands-on embedded systems or motor control coursework or projects.
• Ability to read schematics and understand hardware concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in firmware development for BLDC/PMSM motor control.
• Tune control loops (FOC, PID) under supervision.
• Support firmware for ESCs and motor drivers.
• Interface with UART, SPI, I2C, CAN and ADC peripherals.
• Assist hardware bring-up, validation, and debugging.
• Document firmware architecture and testing procedures.
