Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in San Jose, CA is seeking a Field Applications Engineer for Hyperscaler Data Center accounts. You will lead technical engagements, translate customer needs into ADI solutions, and collaborate with sales, BU, and technology groups.

The role requires 5+ years in product design or field applications, a BSEE or equivalent, experience with microcontroller-based systems and cloud/data-center customers, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• BSEE or equivalent; MSEE preferred.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
• 5+ years' experience in Product Design, Applications or Field applications engineering.
• Rich experience with microcontroller-based systems and firmware debugging.
• Experience with Cloud and Data Center customers preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, Perforce.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales discovery including understanding customer system needs.
• Enable seamless adoption of ADI solutions with technical guidance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Architect system solutions for customers.
• Collaborate with Business Units and Technology Groups to identify opportunities.
