Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Staff Field Applications Engineer specializing in power solutions.

You will act as the primary technical authority on power architectures and drive design wins with strategic customers across data centers, comms, automotive, and industrial markets. You will architect complete power systems, from AC/DC front ends to DC/DC regulation, and mentor junior FAEs while supporting Sales with account strategies.

Qualifications

• BSEE required; MSEE preferred.
• 6+ years experience in power circuit design at board/system level.
• Expertise in DC/DC conversion, multiphase regulators, battery management, power modules, or high-voltage conversion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for power solutions with strategic customers in the Bay Area.
• Architect complete power systems, from AC/DC front end through DC/DC conversion and load regulation.
• Drive design wins by influencing customer architecture decisions early in the design cycle.
• Identify and drive new product opportunities with Product Line teams.
• Mentor FAEs and collaborate with Sales to align on customer needs.
