Job summary

Mill is a waste prevention technology company reimagining how to eliminate waste, starting with food. As a Firmware Engineering intern in San Bruno, you’ll work closely with a tight-knit team on an embedded software and hardware validation project for a novel consumer product.

You will write, test, and debug embedded C code, explore drivers on hardware, and collaborate with electrical engineers and product designers to push system performance toward launch.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in EE, CS, or CE completed.
• In-person work at San Bruno, CA, five days a week.
• Experience writing embedded C to control electromechanical components and read sensors.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional team on embedded software and hardware validation.
• Write and test embedded code for our systems.
• Debug systems during commissioning and assist testing with engineers and designers to drive performance.
• Implement prototype drivers and test on hardware systems.
