Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 5+ years of firmware development experience.
• Experience with ARM Cortex-M0/M0+ and embedded subsystems.
• Strong understanding of I2C, including debugging and bit-banged buses.
• Experience designing host interfaces for I2C Slaves and CMIS-like interfaces.
• Proficient in SWD debugging and source control practices.
• Able to work in a collaborative, code-sharing environment with peer reviews.
• Regular code check-ins using a version control system.
• Excellent English reading and writing skills; self-starter and curios
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing plants as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, debug, and support firmware for high-speed cables and loopback products.
• Contribute to product teams turning concepts into manufacturable hardware.
• Provide firmware support for qualification, testing, and manufacturing stages.
• Collaborate with manufacturing applications developers.
• Mentor teammates as needed and document firmware for support.
• Visit manufacturing plants during ramp-up as required.
