Job summary

Xpertis Talent represents a leading consumer electronics manufacturer based in New Jersey, seeking two Embedded Firmware Engineers to bolster their R&D capability onsite.

You will design and develop embedded firmware for consumer devices, write low-level C/C++ for microcontrollers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, power efficiency, and manufacturability at scale. You will also mentor junior engineers and participate in design reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of embedded firmware development experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems and RTOS.
• Experience with debugging tools (JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
• Strong wireless protocol knowledge (BLE, Wi‑Fi, Zigbee).
• Experience from prototyping to mass production.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design reviews, debugging sessions, and production/quality troubleshooting.
