Job summary

Hydro BioScience, LLC is looking for a seasoned Firmware Design Engineer to work in Piney Flats, TN. You'll be responsible for the development, maintenance, and organization of firmware for Cortex-M microcontrollers. The role involves hands-on experience with Free‑RTOS and various debugging tools.

Candidates must have a post-secondary education in Software/Computer or Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of programming experience. Relocation to the Tri-Cities area is necessary for applicants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years programming experience.
• Experiential knowledge of PWM, analog A/D inputs, and electrical circuitry.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop firmware for microcontroller using ANSI-C, C++, and other tools.
• Debug digital circuitry and collaborate with engineers.
• Manage code revisions and provide progress updates.
