Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a CPU Power Management FW Developer to lead embedded firmware design across pre-silicon and post-silicon environments for Qualcomm CPUs.

You will collaborate with hardware power management and firmware teams, define power management solutions, and engage with open-source communities to enable drivers and features. A strong background in C/C++, RTOS, and ARMv8 is required.

Qualifications

• BS/BE in Engineering, Information Systems, CS, or related field with 6+ years software/firmware experience.
• MS/PhD equivalents accepted with relevant experience.
• Proficient C/C++/Java/Python; strong embedded firmware background.
• Experience with RTOS or OS kernels.
• Experience with Zephyr, eCos, uC/OS or FreeRTOS.
• Experience pre-silicon with simulators and FPGA emulation.
• Interprocessor communication interfaces between embedded controllers and platform.
• Familiarity with ARMv8 architecture; ARMv8 platform is a plus.
