Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a general laborer to perform on-site tasks at project locations under the Site Manager's supervision. The role supports field efforts on construction and maintenance activities to ensure efficient progress.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and readiness to travel on short notice. Outdoor work and safety compliance are essential aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with driving record within parameters
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
• Maintain 40 hour HAZWOPER and applicable 8 hour refresher if required
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment
• 0-2 years of experience
• Willingness to travel and report to work on short notice

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare project sites to eliminate hazards.
• Operate small hand and power tools, decontamination of equipment.
• May operate on road and off-road haul and water trucks.
• Handle hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
