Job summary

Lennox is seeking a Network Security Analyst to act as a first-level escalation point for firewall access requests, VPN issues, and network troubleshooting. This full-time role may require some weekend or after-hours work to handle high-severity security issues.

The position emphasizes implementing firewall changes, monitoring firewall health, and collaborating with the security engineering team to close gaps. Strong communication and ongoing learning are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, 2-3 years configuring Palo Alto NextGen Firewalls.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience required; certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work after hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement firewall changes per approved requests.
• Perform operational firewall checks for optimal performance.
• Review firewall policies to remove unused or duplicate rules.
• Assist IT teams with network connectivity and VPN issues.
• Attend change control, roadmap, and troubleshooting meetings.
