Job summary

Koch Technology is seeking a Network Security Analyst to join the Infrastructure Security Firewalls Service. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise network security environments.
• Delivery of design, configuration, and testing for firewall projects.
• Experience with on-call rotations and incident response.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in firewall engineering design, configuration, testing, and implementation for priority initiatives.
• Deliver complex rule packages and secure configurations with clear docs.
• Translate business requirements into secure network solutions with stakeholders.
• Provide architectural guidance on firewall standards and best practices.
• Support day-to-day operations including break/fix and monitoring for Palo Alto and FortiGate.
• Manage flow of rule changes and access requests to sustain throughput.
• Contribute to on-call rotation and improve response quality and knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and reduce risks.
• Share knowledge and mentor peers to prevent knowledge silos.
• Apply Principle Based Management focusing on value creation and stewardship.
