National Firestopping Solutions (NFS) is hiring firestop installers to join our growing team in Florida. No formal training is required; we will train you in the trade.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with travel across the Florida region and opportunities for rapid growth. Responsibilities include loading materials, sealing joints, organizing the jobsite, supporting field technicians, and attending weekly safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools and construction environment.
• Able to work as part of a team or independently.
• Ability to identify potential safety issues and address them.
• Comfortable working with a diverse workforce and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Verify materials and equipment are loaded before leaving for the jobsite.
• Seal, label, and document all joints, penetrations, and openings.
• Organize jobsite materials and keep the workspace clean and safe.
• Assist field technicians with tasks as needed.
• Maintain and clean company vehicles; participate in safety meetings.
