Job summary

Isolatek International seeks a Production Operator in Huntington, IN on a 2/2/3 schedule (7 PM-7 AM, 7 AM-7 PM). The role supports Cafco production lines, equipment operation, and packaging of fireproofing materials.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, quality-conscious handling, and adapting to production shifts. Requires safety compliance, teamwork, and basic computer tasks.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to PPE requirements and safety policies.
• Detail-oriented with ability to understand verbal and written direction.
• Be able to work independently or as a team.
• Be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer.
• Ability to stand, walk, and handle 50 lb. bags as required.
• Perform all necessary cleaning functions as required.
• Demonstrate learning on process equipment and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the Cafco production line and packaging of fireproofing materials.
• Operate and maintain forklift, packaging, and process line equipment.
• Support warehouse tasks, baling, palletizing and shipping activities.
• Adapt to changing production and shipping needs as they arise.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Shift Leaders to meet production goals.
