Installers will travel to customer sites, prepare the work area, install systems, verify operation, and leave the space clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in fireplace, HVAC, construction, appliance installation, or related trade is preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools, ladders, and installation equipment.
• Ability to read measurements, manuals and job specs.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and task management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites as needed.
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.

Responsibilities

• Install fireplaces, inserts, venting systems, and related components per manufacturer specs and codes.
• Safely load, transport, and unload fireplace units, tools, and materials.
• Read and interpret installation instructions, plans, and job specs.
• Complete jobsite setup, installation, testing, and cleanup.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and flag concerns before completion.
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, builders, and team members.
• Maintain installation tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Follow all safety procedures on jobsites.

• Read installation instructions, measurements, plans, and job specifications.
• Complete jobsite setup, installation, testing, and cleanup.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and identify potential concerns before completing the job.
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, builders, and other team members.
