Job summary

Fireside Hearth & Home in Manassas, VA, seeks a Fireplace Field Technician to install and service fireplaces, stoves, and related products in customers’ homes. You will learn on the job alongside an experienced installer, handling tools, installations, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, performing warehouse tasks, and communicating with sales and field ops to ensure top-quality installations.

Qualifications

• No experience required to install fireplaces; training on the job with an experienced installer.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license and driving record.
• Tablet/Computer experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Install and service fireplaces with emphasis on quality and safety.
• Maintain knowledge of fireplaces, stoves and related products, including manufacturer changes.
• Perform warehouse and forklift duties.
• Coordinate with sales staff and field operations to ensure installations meet quality standards.
