Time to step up your career! We’re hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. You’ll work alongside a manager to coordinate operations, oversee staff, and collaborate with teammates. We look forward to supporting your growth and igniting your passion.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production sheets and recipes.
  2. Direct daily activities and ensure food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
  3. Store food items safely and organize storage areas.
  4. Maintain serving schedules and ensure food is served per menu specifications following policies.
  5. Ensure a sanitary environment complying with health and safety codes.
  6. Maintain accurate weekly inventory and prepare orders as needed.
  7. Supervise, evaluate, counsel, and promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
  8. Maintain a safe working environment and train/mentor staff.
  9. Keep logs of maintenance and ensure completion of food safety and temperature logs.
  10. Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
  11. Proficient in multitasking and perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
  12. Fill in for absent employees as necessary and stay informed about catering events.
  13. Work occasional night and weekend catered events.
  14. Attend staff meetings and maintain communication with team members.
  15. Perform cashier duties if needed and promote good public relations.
Qualifications
  • Ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
  • Complete a sanitation course before or during the first year.
  • Knowledge of operating efficient, cost-effective programs.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.
  • Maintain emotional control under stress.
  • Resolve interpersonal situations effectively.
