Job Description

Join our team as a full-time Food Service Supervisor at Firehouse Subs. You will work alongside a manager to oversee daily operations, staff management, and customer service, contributing to a passionate and dynamic food service environment.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain work schedules; prepare production sheets and recipes.
  2. Oversee daily activities ensuring food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
  3. Ensure proper storage of food items in a safe, organized manner.
  4. Maintain serving schedules and ensure menu specifications are met safely and appropriately.
  5. Uphold health and safety standards in the department.
  6. Manage inventory and prepare orders as needed.
  7. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor staff; promote teamwork and morale.
  8. Ensure a safe working environment and complete all safety logs.
  9. Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
  10. Handle multiple tasks efficiently and perform additional duties as assigned.
  11. Fill in for absent staff as necessary and coordinate catering events.
  12. Participate in staff meetings and maintain effective communication.
  13. Perform cashier duties if required and promote positive public relations.
Qualifications
