Qualifications

• US citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States (I-9 compliant)
• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 35+ by written exam and 21+ by date of hire
• CPAT and Ladder Climb certification required at conditional offer
• Criminal history may disqualify depending on relation to position

Responsibilities

• Respond to fire alarms and assist in extinguishing fires to protect lives and property
• Assist in cleaning and caring for apparatus, equipment, and quarters
• Administer first aid and assist in rescue operations in emergencies
• Inspect buildings for fire hazards and compliance with fire prevention ordinances
