Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No previous work experience required.
• TCFP Basic Structural Firefighter Certification; DSHS Paramedic Certification; ACLS; PALS; CPR & AED.

Responsibilities

• Respond to fire and medical emergencies and assess incidents on arrival.
• Provide EMS care and transport patients to facilities.
• Perform equipment maintenance and report issues.
• Prepare reports and attend planning meetings.
• Educate the community on fire safety via presentations.
• Maintain firefighting and paramedic certifications through training.
