The City of Pleasanton is seeking dedicated Firefighter-Paramedics to join the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department and help protect the lives, property, and well-being of our communities.

Qualifications

• National Registry EMT-P Certification or California Paramedic License.
• Cal-JAC CPAT and FCTC Written Test completion required by deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to fires, medical incidents, rescues and hazmat as part of a company.
• Drive and operate apparatus and specialized equipment during incidents and training.
• Complete medical reports and maintenance records; participate in fire prevention and public education.
• Uphold integrity, professionalism, and teamwork while serving Livermore and Pleasanton.
