Qualifications

• Completion of required NIMS 100/200/700/800 or ability to obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Responds to fire alarms and medical emergencies; protects life and property.
• Drives and operates fire apparatus; lays hoses; directs water streams.
• Participates in training drills and maintains equipment.
• Provides emergency medical care per licensure and department protocols.
• Performs pre-fire planning and building inspections as required.
