Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and HS/GED.
• Ability to meet NFPA physical requirements and wear a respirator.
• Familiarity with pre-hospital life support and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to fire alarms and manage hose lines.
• Ventilate structures and perform forcible entry as needed.
• Provide pre-hospital care and assist in rescue operations.
• Operate fire apparatus and monitor equipment.
• Attend drills and maintain readiness through training.
• Relocate as needed to different county locations.
