Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED accepted by Georgia Firefighter Standards & Training Council required.
• Must maintain current Georgia EMT - Advanced certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care to sick or injured persons.
• Respond to firefighting operations and inspect buildings.
• Perform daily inspections of supplies and ensure readiness.
