The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with demonstrated mechanical aptitude and encouragement to pursue technical education. ISO documentation and safety training are integral to daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Demonstrated mechanical experience or aptitude.
• Work towards continuing technical education encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and assist in safety training as required.
• Build and monitor automotive/mechanical tests in the assigned area and record data.
• Communicate pertinent information to internal customers and teams.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain calibration schedules.
• Support test demands and after-hours coverage for 24-hour operations.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new staff.
• Attend internal meetings and contribute to special projects.
• Maintain ISO documentation and related procedures.
• Utilize data reduction software and apply basic mechanical design concepts.
