Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Gun Vault Specialist in Avon, OH to manage backroom firearms processes and assist customers at the gun counter. You will handle receipts, disposals, and firearm transfers with strict compliance to ATF and state regulations.

The role requires 21+ status and strong knowledge of firearms, including inventory controls, safety practices, and professional customer service. Part-time schedule with benefits to match Bass Pro standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of retail experience.
• Must be 21+ and legally able to own firearms.
• Experience with firearms and ammunition knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process firearm receipts and acquisitions using ARMS by close of business.
• Dispose firearms to licensed dealers and verify disposition data.
• Conduct monthly firearms audits and ATF form compliance.
• Provide counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise.
• Maintain firearms inventory and prepare firearms for retail sale.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all procedures.
