Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a friendly Firearms Specialist to be the in-store expert on firearms and ammunition. You will connect with customers, assess needs, recommend products, and help close sales while maintaining compliance with all laws and policies.

Responsibilities include educating customers on firearm function and safe handling, processing required paperwork, operating the POS and licensing systems, and promoting Fleet Farm loyalty programs.

Qualifications
