Responsibilities

• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate firearms and ammunition to customers as needed.
• Organize and maintain gun counter merchandise and pricing signage.
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and store promos.
• Support seasonal floor moves and keep work area tidy and stocked.
• Follow all company policies and perform other assigned duties.

They perform various selling/customer service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance and direction to customers.***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**** Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
