Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Foxborough, MA is seeking a part-time Firearms Sales Outfitter to maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, assess needs, provide product recommendations, process 4473 forms, and assist with floor merchandising while staying current on product knowledge and store promotions.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and In Store Pick up.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Maintain firearms and hunting merchandise on the floor.
• Replenish products per merchandising guidelines.
• Stay knowledgeable through product knowledge training.
• Keep pricing and signage accurate.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

They perform various selling/customer service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance and direction to customers.***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**** Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
