Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and help locate products.
• Ensure compliance with Gun Store Master and background check processes.
• Complete firearm transfer/sales in accordance with policy and law.
• Handle firearms safely at all times.
• Process purchase transactions correctly related to firearms.
• Answer incoming calls and maintain radio communication with staff.
• Maintain knowledge of products sold by CAL Ranch & Coastal Farm and Ranch.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and store housekeeping.
