Rural King is seeking a Firearms Sales Associate to deliver knowledgeable customer service and assist with firearms, ammunition, and related products. This role requires strict adherence to safety, laws, and store SOPs while helping customers find the right gear.

You will support product displays, process transactions, and promote promotions and loyalty programs. Candidates should be detail-oriented, with strong communication and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail or firearms sales preferred.
• Knowledge of firearms, ammunition, accessories, and safety practices.
• Ability to process transactions accurately and maintain records.
• Familiarity with applicable firearms laws and compliance requirements.
