Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Firearms Sales Associate to provide knowledgeable customer service while assisting with firearms, ammunition, accessories, and related products. This role requires firearms product knowledge, sales and customer service skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of applicable firearms laws and regulations.

You'll greet customers, recommend products, and process sales and required documentation through the POS system.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in retail.
• Knowledge of firearms products and safety practices.
• Ability to follow laws and regulations related to firearms sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify needs, and provide product information and recommendations.
• Process sales, special orders, returns, payments, and required documentation accurately through the POS system.
• Assist customers with firearms, ammunition, accessories, and related products.
• Promote promotions, upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain compliance with firearms laws and safety practices and protect customer information.
