Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills.

• Proficiency with MS Office and inventory/ERP systems.
• 2+ years in regulatory compliance, manufacturing, firearms, or related field.
• Detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass criminal background test and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Implement and follow best practices to ensure compliance with firearm regulations.
• Maintain and audit A&D bound book and other FFL records.
• Assist with ATF inspections, audits, and correspondence.
• Coordinate NFA firearm manufacturing transfers and forms.
• Manage federal electronic registration and licensing systems and portals.
• Maintain serialized inventory tracking and reconcile with physical stock.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, shipping, and sales to ensure compliant transfers.
