Qualificações

• Ability to apply federal and state disqualifiers in firearms transactions.
• Must meet NCIC/FCIC certification and maintain data security in department databases.
• Strong research and documentation skills; organize workflow and records.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct research for accurate information using internal/external databases and agencies to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Maintain contact with agencies for documentation to clarify decisions and record modifications.
• Analyze multiple source documents to form recommendations for firearm-related transactions.
• Provide documentation to external partners to support updates to criminal justice systems.
• Ensure internal documentation includes extensive notation to justify updates to criminal history records.
• Prioritize tasks and manage caseload per policy in the CCH workflow.
• Monitor the CCH workflow queue and complete tasks within defined timeframes.
• Route completed research in the CCH workflow for validation and follow-up.
• Maintain logs and records of requests received and processed.
• Submit accurate forms and records per established procedures.
