Job summary

The Firearms Compliance Auditor position at FirstCash involves performing nationwide audits in store locations with 100% travel. You will use advanced Excel for data analysis, reconcile records, and produce detailed audit reports to ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong math skills, and the ability to travel frequently, including air travel.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel 100% locally and nationally, including air travel as needed.
• Experience auditing records and producing formal audit reports.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Audit firearm records, including ATF Form 4473, and A&D records for compliance.
• Make corrections based on audit findings.
• Prepare detailed Firearms Inventory Audit reports with supporting information.
• Complete all assigned training successfully.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
