General Manufacturing in Columbia, MO is looking for a Firearms Assembly Technician for the night shift. The role involves operating laser engraving and sandblasting equipment, assembling firearm components, and ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to maintain a clean working environment. Experience in manufacturing and production is preferred but not mandatory.
The pay rate is between $20.50-$25.50/hour based on experience, with additional benefits.
PAY RANGE: $20.50-$25.50/hour based upon experience (includes $2.50/hour Night Shift Differential), plus benefits.

Our Firearms Assembly Technician will wear multiple hats within the firearms production process. You will be responsible for a variety of finishing stages such as laser engraving, sandblasting, tumbling, deburring, assembling, and assisting with shipping and receiving operations. This position is part of our night shift production team and plays a critical role in ensuring product quality and meeting customer demand.
