You’ll contribute to a personalized shopping experience while hitting sales targets and maintaining store presentation.

The position supports training new staff, uses AS400 and scanners, and requires SES to handle up to 25 hours weekly with some weekend shifts. ESOP and generous benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1–3 months of sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy to make them feel welcome.
• Deliver exceptional service by engaging customers and promoting products.
• Grow personal sales by meeting goals and following Scheels' selling standards.
• Create a positive end-user experience based on purchased products.
• Maintain visual merchandising and assist with freight processing and restocking.
• Operate a POS system and use inventory scanners as needed.
