You will process firearm purchases with attention to ATF guidelines, perform background checks, and support a digital receipt program while delivering a personalized customer experience. This role requires being at least 21 years old due to compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, and/or 1–3 months of cashiering experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile when entering and exiting the store.
• Engage with customers to provide personalized service and promote the digital receipt program.
• Scan items accurately and ensure they are rung and paid for before checkout.
• Promote the Scheels Visa card and explain benefits.
• Process firearm purchases and complete background checks.
• Follow all ATF laws and guidelines.
