Job summary

FirstCash is hiring a Firearm Inventory Auditor to work in our Retail Stores nationwide. The role focuses on verifying firearms inventories, ensuring compliance with internal policies and Federal Firearm Regulations, and reporting discrepancies or suspicious activity observed in records.

Candidates should have a high school diploma/GED, be at least 21, and be willing to travel up to 75% locally and nationally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% locally and nationally by air as needed.
• Must be willing to become a listed ATF Responsible Person, including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Audit firearm records (ATF Form 4473) and internal records for compliance.
• Document and report discrepancies in inventories and records.
• Prepare Firearm Inventory Audit reports with required information and corrections.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
• Complete training and perform other related duties as assigned.
