Job summary

Super Vac is seeking an energetic Chassis/Mechanical Assembly Technician for our Trucks division in Fort Collins, CO. You will repair and modify fire truck chassis, read blueprints, and operate shop tools in a fast-paced team.

The role requires knowledge of air brake and diesel systems; welding (MIG/TIG) is a plus; lifting up to 100 pounds; pre-employment screening; DOE pay; full-time, non-exempt.

Qualifications

• Read and follow blueprints to repair and modify chassis.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Operate basic hand and power shop tools in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of air brake and diesel motor operations is required.
• Welding (MIG/TIG) experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and climb ladders.
