Rosenbauer Motors in Wyoming, MN is hiring a Cab Line Assembler to install components into the fire truck cab, including floors, door parts, lights, harnesses, and windows. The role includes mounting equipment inside and outside the cab as part of the assembly process.

The position requires a high school diploma, basic mechanical skills, and the ability to read diagrams and use a tape measure. Overtime and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical and technical ability required.
• Experience assembling vehicles or similar equipment preferred.
• Low voltage experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Install interior metal and vinyl trim, speakers, and dome lights in cab.
• Crimp and connect wires, route harnesses, and pin/depin connectors.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams/schematics.
• Wire air pumps, dash components, and fuse box in cab.
• Install seats, light bars, warning lights, cameras, and other cab components.
• Install HVAC systems, condensers, evaporators, vents, and coolant lines.
