Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and schematics.
• Assemble and install harnesses.
• Assemble and install switch panels.
• Assemble and install electrical and mechanical components.
• Program lighting systems per engineering specifications.
• Troubleshoot 12V DC and 110V AC systems.
• Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Identify discrepancies in prints, BOMs, and shop orders.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and schematics to plan assembly tasks.
• Assemble harnesses and electrical components per spec.
• Install switch panels and mechanical assemblies.
• Program lighting systems as per engineering instructions.
• Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems and diagnose faults.
• Perform repairs and rebuilds; test functionally and validate squarely.
