Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Two years of related professional experience if using a Bachelor's degree, or six years with an Associate's.
• Active registered instructor with State Fire Training.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses through multiple modalities (face-to-face, online, distance).
• Participate in advisory committee meetings and ensure minutes are taken.
• Develop and maintain Fire Technology curriculum and articulation agreements.
• Adhere to safety standards on training grounds.
• Engage in program assessment and shared governance.
• Participate in outreach and community activities.
