Alert Holdings Group LLC is seeking a Fire Systems Inspector to perform inspections and testing of fire alarms and suppression systems across Hawaii. You will coordinate visits, troubleshoot issues, and communicate results to customers, ensuring NFPA standards and safety policies are followed.

The role requires a high school diploma, Hawaii driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks. Preferred certifications (NICET/ESA) and basic MS Office skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Hawaii driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Preferred: NICET/ESA or manufacturer certifications.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test fire alarms, suppression systems, and extinguishers across assigned territory.
• Schedule and coordinate inspection visits with customers and local fire departments.
• Identify and troubleshoot system issues; coordinate repairs with service team as needed.
• Clearly communicate inspection results and recommendations to customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation per NFPA standards.
• Adhere to company and industry safety policies.
• Be ready to assist with other duties—teamwork is essential.
