Job summary

Alert Holdings Group LLC is seeking a Fire Systems Inspector to inspect and test fire alarms and suppression systems across Hawaii. The role includes coordinating visits, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining NFPA-compliant documentation.

A strong customer service orientation and valid Hawaii driver's license are required. Starting pay is $25+ per hour with potential certifications used to adjust compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Preferred: experience with fire alarms, security systems, or low-voltage wiring via blueprints and networking.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test fire alarm and suppression systems at customer sites.
• Coordinate inspection visits with customers and local fire departments.
• Identify and troubleshoot system issues and coordinate repairs with the service team.
• Communicate inspection results and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Maintain documentation in line with NFPA standards.
• Adhere to safety policies and assist with additional duties as needed.
