Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fire protection, alarm, sprinkler, or special hazards systems.
• NICET 2 certification in Fire Alarm Systems or Special Hazards.
• Working knowledge of NFPA standards and applicable local codes.
• Experience with clean agent and industrial suppression systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, inspect, and repair special hazard fire suppression systems.
• Install or upgrade suppression systems in commercial and residential buildings.
• Test and repair systems already in place.
• Perform inspections to ensure suppression systems are installed according to code.
• Complete detailed inspection reports, documenting any issues.
• Report results of work completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Respond to emergency service calls.
